William Soederhuysen

Wil is running in the Junior Heavy class this year. His Honda GX160 will be screaming down the track un-restricted and Wil hopes to duplicate his sister's performance 5 years ago by bending a rocker arm in half! Fortunately Wil have 2 race motors and 5 practice motors to play with this year. (Thanks to his brother Mat and his sister Sam)

We are also trying something new this year. Wil is going to have two race karts set up for each race. His Awesome Kart and his Zanardi. On Friday and or Saturday he will work with his mechanic (dad) and attempt to gain the best race set up possible on each kart. Whichever kart is setting the fastest time for that track and weather conditions, that's the one he will race on Sunday. We are going to keep score and we will keep you posted.

Wil is also running in a few regional races this year in the Brian Stewart Racing Series. Look for him at the Shannonvile Ontario race and at least one other entry this year.

 

Tyler Devlin

Tyler is also entered into the Junior Heavy class for the 2011 season. We are looking forward to Tyler's contribution to the webpage!

 

Ken Soederhuysen

Ken will be racing the team Formula Ford again this year. Currently the plans are to attend 3 or 4 events this season at Mosport International Raceway. The car is currently in several pieces with the engine and transmission removed. There will be a complete chassis check up as we found a broken piece on the rear end after the last race! All rod ends will be inspected and replaced as needed. Pictures will be posted soon.

The driver has requested a relocation of the fire suppression system so he can slide down in the seat a little lower. It was suggested he go on a diet instead.
